Charms
Challenged by the format of an art show to create something round, I began experimenting with creating an artwork that resembled Raku pottery. As the idea took shape I realized that there was something "lucky" about these pieces and so they became charms.
Marbling
Always on the lookout for new ways to make collage papers, I came across this idea while browsing. Marbling paper is an ancient technique but doing it with nail polish sure isn't traditional.
Woven
Although I've never learned to weave in the traditional sense, I like the concept of weaving in my artwork. I've been experimenting with weaving paper in mixed media.
